Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys across diverse settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery. Manage discharge planning processes by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care. Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients in acute care or outpatient settings. Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies. Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches. Qualifications Valid license or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist in the respective region or country. Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments with a focus on patient care. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy. Experience with discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and treatment tracking. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in acute care, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and community-based care settings.
