Requirements:
Current Registered Physical Therapy License in the State of Michigan Minimum of 1-2 years of home care experience Make home visits for patient population in the Metro Detroit area Valid driver's license with reliable insured transportation Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare documentation requirements Computer proficiency Positive attitude for professional growth
