Now Hiring:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient)•
Permanent Position Location:
Tawas City, MI A well-established healthcare system is seeking a Physical Therapist for a primarily outpatient role with occasional acute care coverage. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering strong compensation, excellent work-life balance, and long-term growth.
Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
8:00 AM•5:30
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•12:00 PM No weekends. No holidays.
Compensation:
Starting at $37/hour (based on experience) $20,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient function and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and adjust therapy programs based on patient progress Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Bachelor's Degree required BLS certification (within 1 month of hire preferred) This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-centered organization that values quality care, teamwork, and professional development.
