Desired Qualifications:

Active and valid Minnesota Physical Therapy license (must be submitted with application) Previous experience working as a PT in school settings strongly preferred Ability to quickly adapt to variable caseloads and support a range of student needs Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Comfortable covering for a leave and jumping into a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and other service providers to support student goals Assess and document students' needs and progress in accordance with district and state guidelines Develop PT intervention plans and integrate therapies into school routines Flexibly manage and prioritize caseload as assigned Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to student meetings This role offers the opportunity for licensed PT professionals to make a meaningful difference through hands-on support and collaboration.
