Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical injuries or illnesses to improve their mobility and overall well-being. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them reach their physical therapy goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the best course of treatment Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on how to prevent injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle Communicate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Qualifications and Skills:
