Job Locations USA-MN-Hastings Campus Name Benedictine Living Community-Regina Category Therapy Position Type Casual Shift Days Specific Shift Times 8AM - 4:30PM Flexible Scheduled Days of the Week Varies Weekend Work Requirement One Weekend per Month Salary Range $55/hr Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions. Responsibilities Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Qualifications Qualifications Required Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing.
