FULL TIME, 1.0
FTE or 80 hours every 2 weeks. The Physical Therapist performs the evaluation, planning, treatment and documentation of patient care services. Additional responsibilities include the supervision of Assistants, Attendants and students during the provision of treatments. Therapists will have primary focus in either an inpatient hospital setting OR an outpatient clinic setting. Inpatient Acute Care Focus. The Inpatient Therapist will be assigned to one or more inpatient settings including: acute care orthopedics, acute care neuro/ICU/general and inpatient acute rehabilitation. Shift assignments may include rotations into each of these areas. There is opportunity for specialty focus in the areas of: stroke rehabilitation, brain injury, spinal cord, post- op orthopedic, care wound care, lymphedema, etc.
