PRN Physical Therapist

Immediately Hiring - PRN Physical Therapists (PT) Lakehouse Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is hiring PRN Physical Therapists to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We are seeking therapists with availability to support weekday and/or weekend coverage needs. Availability does not need to include both weekday and weekend shifts; however, all PRN therapists are required to work one Saturday shift per month. This role offers flexibility while providing opportunities to work across a diverse caseload including transitional care and long-term care residents. Why Choose Lakehouse? What You'll Do:

Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans and progress treatment plans based on resident response Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, safety, function, and quality of life Collaborate with nursing, therapy, providers, residents, and families to coordinate care Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license and registration Skilled nursing experience preferred Whether you're looking to supplement another position, maintain schedule flexibility, or pick up consistent PRN hours in a collaborative environment, we'd love to connect.

Pay:

$51.00 - $55.00 per hour
