Job Description
Physical Therapist ( PT ) - PRN or Part time - St. Louis, Franklin County and Jefferson County Areas Alternative Home Health is seeking a passionate PT ( Physical Therapist ) to join our growing team. As a PT, you would be able to work independently, be dependable, compassionate and have a desire to help others. The Physical Therapist ( PT ) will travel to patients' homes and be responsible for administering individualized patient care and perform duties accordance with physician orders.
