Job Description

Job Description Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to students with severe disabilities at school facilities in Missouri. The PT will deliver services in accordance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and follow an integrated therapy approach within the classroom setting. Job Quick Facts

                    • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license
                    • Experience with students ages 5-21 with severe disabilities preferred
                    • Knowledge of IEPs and IDEA
                    • Strong collaboration skills Responsibilities
                    • Provide direct physical therapy services per IEP
                    • Deliver consultation services to school staff
                    • Implement integrated classroom-based therapy
                    • Maintain documentation and service records
                    • Assist with IEP documentation and progress reporting
                    • Attend meetings and trainings
                    • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
                    • Perform other duties as assigned
