St. Joseph Medical Center- Kansas City, MO Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist (PT) and empower patients to improve their physical abilities and regain independence. As a PT, you'll assess and treat individuals who have conditions that limit movement, function, or quality of life. Physical Therapists develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, utilizing their expertise in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to promote healing and recovery. Competitive compensation Medical insurance benefit plan 401K Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals. Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring strength, function, and mobility. Facilitate physical therapy sessions through exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance recovery. Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively. Provide guidance on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care. You must have:
