PRN Aspire Senior Living New Florence, we provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a welcoming long-term care setting. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents through compassionate service and skilled rehabilitation, helping them achieve their highest level of independence. We're seeking a flexible PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services to residents, supporting them in regaining mobility, strength, and functional ability. Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress. Work collaboratively with PTAs and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care. Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Physical Therapist (PT)
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program. Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Missouri. Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred. Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads.
