Job Description

Overview SSM Health Rehabilitation-Acute Care SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital Richmond Heights, MO PRN / Physical Therapist The ideal candidate for this position would be willing to work at the Tier II level. Tier I
  • $47 (plus weekend differential)
  • 1 shift per month (one must be weekend shift)
  • 1 holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) Tier II
  • $52 (plus weekend differential)
  • 3 shifts per month (at least 2 must be weekend shifts)
  • One summer and one winter holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) SM Health St. Mary's Hospital

Centrally located in metro St. Louis, we provide exceptional care to all our patients and are a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center. We specialize in high-risk pregnancy care and fetal surgery. Plus, our chest pain center, certified stroke center, and imaging and outpatient services ensure you're well taken care of in any situation. This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for Full Time Physical Therapy positions when they come available throughout the year. Responsibilities Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery. Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
