Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health & Hospice (Travel Assignment)
Location:
Saint Joseph, MO Pay Rate:
$60-$65/hr Travel Assignment with Potential Permanent Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Home Health and Hospice in Saint Joseph, Missouri . This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking to explore a new setting, gain meaningful experience, and "try before you lock in" with the potential for a permanent role if it's a great mutual fit . Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes and hospice settings Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function Deliver comfort-focused interventions and support quality of life in hospice care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercise programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and case managers Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations Support patients in achieving optimal functional independence and comfort Compensation & Benefits $60-$65/hour (based on experience) Travel assignment flexibility Mileage reimbursement for patient visits (if applicable) Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance options 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting (if converted to permanent role)
