We're a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri. Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program SNF experience is a plus - but new grads are encouraged to apply!
