About you:

Role Description This is a full time on site role for a manual therapist to provide treatment and patient management while collaborating with senior doctors. This is for therapists that want a deep understanding of how to solve complex pain problems. You will learn how to establish an accurate and complete diagnosis, understand all pain generators, and when and how to deliver treatment that will most effectively solve your patient's problems. You will be responsible for examination, daily treatments, documentation, training and rehab. This includes program and care plan design. You are expected to discuss and collaborate with Senior Doctors and trainers to ensure best possible outcomes for patients. Through this process you will fast track your learning and help many more people. Soft tissue treatment experience is a must. ART or other manual adhesion treatment therapies are preferred. You will be trained by experts in adhesion release techniques, rehab exercise performance, program design and patient management. Problem solving, humility, thirst for knowledge, and an expectation of excellence are essential qualities. Qualifications Licensed Provider (Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Chiropractor) with experience in MSK injuries Current License in MO (or pursuing) in good standing Soft tissue treatment experience / adhesion release or ART preferred Strong problem solving skills humble desire for excellence and learning Desire to follow instructions and produce accurate reliable high quality work Strong organizational and time management skills

- 6pm, Tuesday 6am
- noon, Wednesday 9am
- 6pm, Thursday 5am
- noon, Friday 9am
- 1pm Additional Training Hours TBD This position is a 5 year agreement
Starting Salary:
50k
- 75k depending on experience + performance based bonuses Bonus Structure Training with
