Job Description

Performance Therapy Pediatrics is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our team partners with families to support children with developmental delays, injuries, and neuromuscular conditions in a fun, encouraging, and family-centered environment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice physical therapy. Experience with pediatric populations preferred; new graduates with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Genuine passion for working with children and their families. Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Provide therapy in a play-based, engaging environment that promotes participation and progress. Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations. Stay current on the latest pediatric therapy techniques, research, and best practices.
