Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mobile Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for an elderly stroke survivor. The therapist will work one-on-one with the patient to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence through personalized rehabilitation exercises.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home physical therapy services tailored to stroke recovery Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assist with mobility, balance, strength, and range-of-motion exercises Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate family members on safe exercises and mobility support Maintain proper documentation of therapy sessions and progress

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Experience working with stroke patients preferred Experience providing in-home or mobile therapy services preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to travel to patient's home Current CPR certification preferred

Schedule:

Flexible — number of visits per week to be determined based on patient needs.

Compensation:

Competitive pay — rate negotiable based on experience and services provided.
