Physical Therapist (Full-Time) About the Role Hey there, amazing PTs! Are you ready to love where you work and make a real impact? We're growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This isn't just another clinic setting — it's part of a broader network of therapy professionals across the region, with more than two dozen therapists who are passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better.   • 1-on-1, 40-minute sessions that let you truly focus on patient care Hands-On & Personalized Approach
  • Combining manual therapy and customized exercise programs to deliver results Opportunities to Grow

  • Work with peers who inspire, challenge, and support you every day Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized patient care through one-on-one sessions Use manual therapy techniques and exercise-based interventions Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices and continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualities & Skills We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing Strong clinical skills, especially in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, able to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning What We Offer Supportive, dynamic environment with colleagues who inspire and challenge each other Opportunities for professional development, including support for continuing education, specializations, and advanced certifications Competitive compensation and benefits, including: Paid Time Off (vacation/sick) with accrual and carry-over provisions Retirement plan options Health, vision, and supplemental insurance Paid professional association dues and licensing fees Malpractice insurance Holiday pay for recognized holidays Education Stipend $3,000 per year for educational expenses such as courses, certifications, or conferences Additional Perks Autonomy in choosing patient types or clinical focus areas Bonuses or incentives tied to individual and clinic performance metrics Support for residency/fellowship opportunities (with a mutual commitment) If you're a passionate PT who wants meaningful work, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
