Schedule & Assignment Details:
13-week assignment 36 hours guaranteed per week
Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation, mobility, and functional improvement Assess, create, and implement personalized treatment plans in a hospital setting Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and make recommendations for ongoing care Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care process
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
