Qualifications:
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program. Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Ability to obtain Montana state licensure.
Hours and Compensation:
Full-time position. Work 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts, on-call responsibilities, and weekend coverage. Treat a diverse patient population encompassing inpatient, outpatient, schools, and outreach, spanning all age groups. Salary range of $80,500-$120,500 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation/sign-on assistance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized physical therapy programs, covering assessment, treatment, planning, education, and communication to assist patients in achieving functional goals. Cultivate positive relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff. Direct patient care, assess functional needs, collaborate with specialists, and adjust care plans as needed for optimal outcomes. Create and execute care plans based on thorough assessments, involving family members when necessary. Adhere to standard care practices, coordinate support staff, and communicate effectively with colleagues for positive patient results. Maintain accurate documentation, stay current with professional development, and serve as a resource for the community.
