1 Description American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of rehab therapy experience for a day-shift travel assignment in Miles City, MT. Details Rehab Therapy Services department within a hospital setting Day shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week Epic used for charting Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred Current, active state PT license required (license required if applicable) BLS certification from the American Heart Association required; must not expire prior to assignment start ACLS from the American Heart Association preferred Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in a clinic setting 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills required DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Former permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
