We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at our clinics in Billings. You will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing functional independence and daily living activities. Physical Therapist Include:
Performing comprehensive evaluations and delivering individualized physical therapy treatment for orthopedic patients Providing 1:1 patient care on a scheduled basis (40-60 minute sessions) Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient-centered care Educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic home programs Completing all clinical documentation and notes accurately and timely The Successful Candidates Will Meet the
Following Requirements, Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Physical Therapy License (Preferred); able to be licensed in Montana required Understanding of the physical therapy evaluation process Exceptional problem-solving, clinical reasoning and collaboration skills Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills Professional and authentic communication skills Willingness to participate in our community volunteer program Willingness to network in the community In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards. Compensation:
Full-time salary, 40 hours/week: $83,000 - $105,000/year depending upon demonstrable skill sets and years of working experience Relocation package available for the ideal candidate Competitive Benefits Packages for full-time Therapists can include: Flexible and consistent schedule (Office opens at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday) 4 weeks paid time off; 6 paid holidays Medical insurance 401K Plan License payment Student loan repayment plan Up to $3000 continuing education allowance Professional liability insurance APTA dues About North 40 Physical Therapy North 40 Physical Therapy is a Physical Therapist-owned outpatient private practice established in 2019.
