Outpatient Physical Therapist

Get hired now, start later. Cornerstone Physical Therapy is seeking to fill a position for an orthopedic trained Physical Therapist. The clinic is Physical Therapist owned, manually based clinic. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Cornerstone Physical Therapy has 9 PT's and 3 OT's with varied amounts of experience. We provide varied experiences to aid in promoting a more cohesive environment and to improve the skills of all the therapists in the company. Our continuing education benefit starts on the employees' first day of work and receives up to 3 days off (paid) to attend coursework. Our management team works with each therapist to help guide and improve their skillset. We have multiple subspecialities including pelvic health, vestibular, lymphedema, post-oncological care, Headache and TMD. Therapists are given the opportunity to subspecialize and will work with other therapists of the same subspecialty to refine skill sets. The clinic provides a competitive salary and bonus structure that is profit sharing focused. Sign on bonus is available with a guaranteed time commitment. Benefits include Health Insurance coverage (after 60 days), 401K contributions (after 6 months) with a 4% company match, competitive PTO (starting at 3 months of service), sick days and Continuing education days. Continuing education is a value of Cornerstone Physical Therapy, with each full-time therapist allocated $2250/ yr to attend courses to continue to grow and learn within the field. We offer flexible schedules and have easily attainable productivity standards (about 45 patient visits a week). Patients are scheduled every 45 minutes.
