What You'll Do Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatments Develop individualized plans of care Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and patient education Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Support post-operative rehabilitation, return-to-sport programs, functional recovery, and fall prevention Collaborate with fellow clinicians through mentorship and case discussions Complete documentation within 24 hours using streamlined systems and AI tools Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives Contribute to future program and service development New Grad Physical Therapists Welcome Your first years as a Physical Therapist shape your confidence, clinical reasoning, and long-term success.
