The Role:
Staff Physical Therapist in Outpatient Private Practice This is a full-time, weekday position (Mon-Fri) focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care. What You'll Do Serve as a primary Physical Therapist for a manageable caseload, ensuring ample 1-on-1 time for every patient; (40 minute appointments scheduled at 45 min increments) Evaluate and treat a primary patient population of Adults and Geriatrics, with a focus on healthy aging and orthopedic rehabilitation. Manage musculoskeletal conditions, including and occasional pediatric musculoskeletal condition (no pediatric neuro) Develop your skills as an expert clinician while practicing in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Drive forward-thinking, knowing that your ideas and advanced knowledge will be taken into consideration by clinic leadership.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly-motivated, confident, and competent PT who values quality of life and clinical autonomy over high-volume constraints.
Experience & Licensing:
Minimum of 2 years of strong outpatient clinical experience, with a solid orthopedic background. Holds an active PT license in North Carolina (or has the ability to obtain prior to start).
Clinical Interests & Commitment:
Enjoys growth and opportunity with less stress than typical high-volume clinics. Demonstrates expertise and comfort working with the Adult and Geriatric populations. Engages in work as part of a group and contributes in such a way that all members are winning together through shared knowledge and support. Commitment to evidence-based, personalized care.
Preferred Skills:
Dry Needling Certification preferred. At minimum, willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire is required.
