School Physical Therapist | Concord, North Carolina Soliant - 3.9 Concord, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract 22 hours ago Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity providing Physical Therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade for the upcoming school year. Step into a dynamic educational setting where your expertise will directly support and empower students, helping them thrive academically and physically. The position offers a robust full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) across the 2026-2027 academic year, with the assignment spanning August to early June.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Active Physical Therapy licensure in North Carolina Experience delivering PT services within a school setting (all grade levels) Proficiency with ECATS for documentation and data management Skill in collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational abilities Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs Supporting students in achieving their educational and developmental goals through targeted PT interventions Documenting progress using ECATS, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Consulting and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to create supportive and accessible learning environments Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student success plans as required This role offers the flexibility and diversity that comes with serving multiple school locations (to be determined) within a close-knit educational community.
