Physical Therapist (PT)
Outpatient Care Saylor Physical Therapy Pay:
$40- 45 per treatment hour, additional $20 per hour incentive for hours in which two patients are treated concurrently (double-booked sessions), for a total earning potential of $60
- 65 per hour during eligible treatment times.

Cornelius, NC Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who prioritizes individualized care and values having sufficient time with each patient. Unlike high-volume clinics, every patient visit is scheduled for a full 60 minutes, providing therapists the flexibility to deliver comprehensive treatment without feeling rushed. Medicare patients are seen exclusively one-on-one for the entire hour, while the schedule is designed to maintain a strong focus on quality outcomes and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one evaluations Develop and progress individualized plans of care Supervise and provide clinical oversight for PTAs in accordance with state practice act Communicate clearly with patients and referring providers Complete timely, accurate documentation Deliver outstanding patient experience and outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program Active state PT license Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required) Compensation & Benefits $40- 45 per treatment hour base pay.
