Job Description

We are looking for a passionate physical therapist who is ready to be an integral part of the Durham community. This person will be who the community looks towards for insight and care when they need answers for their pain. This is a 40 hours per week, full-time, position in our Brier Creek location. Bull City Physical Therapy is a rapidly growing private practice that is redefining the physical therapy experience. This is a position for someone who is eager to grow both personally and professionally. Physical Therapist:
Utilize and communicate comprehensive clinical reasoning and analysis when diagnosing patients and developing individualized care plans with tangible short-term and long-term goals. Perform patient evaluations. Demonstrate appropriate patient care techniques. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, caseworkers, insurance companies, etc. Attend formal continuing education opportunities. Assist with business and administrative tasks. Assist in developing new policies and constantly seek out opportunities for improvement. Cultivate and maintain a patient caseload. Maintain detailed notes and necessary documentation in a timely manner. Maintains an orderly and organized workspace. Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Be able to lift 20-40 pounds Additional tasks as may be required from time to time What's needed for this job? Master's/Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (required) Outpatient orthopedic experience Physical Therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina Patient-focused mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
