Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract A school district in the Greater Fayetteville area is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time onsite position during the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working in educational settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student mobility, independence, and participation in the classroom environment. The district is looking for a motivated therapist with strong clinical and organizational skills who is comfortable providing direct therapy services, completing evaluations, and supporting students across school settings.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on IEP goals and educational needs Complete evaluations, reassessments, progress monitoring, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success and functional mobility Complete LMNs and maintain compliance documentation Support student access to classroom equipment and adaptive strategies as appropriate Supervise at least one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Assist with TPBA PreK assessments when applicable
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required Previous school-based experience preferred Experience with evaluations, IEP processes, and progress monitoring preferred Knowledge of classroom/adaptive equipment is a plus TPBA PreK assessment training preferred but not required Strong collaboration and communication skills Why Apply?
