Job Description
Your Role as a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapy sessions focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document patient progress and ensure compliance with NC licensure standards. Qualifications Current North Carolina PT license (required). BLS certification (preferred).
