Job Description

Flexible Physical Therapy Position! | $43-$46/hr with Experience | Extremely Flexible Schedule without Micro Management.
Location:
2 Building Rotational Split each facility is 20-25 minutes from Greensboro, 15 -20minutes away from High Point.
Hours:
36-40 hours/ week Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery in an outpatient ALF setting. We are looking for a professional and easy to work with Lead PT to cover a split rotation with a very flexible schedule. We purposely under staff our positions to make sure there is never a shortage of caseload. Our team members never have to stress about their schedule. None of our team members also are expected to supervise any PTA's. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that promote optimal mobility and function. This specific position is best suited for anyone that wants a much more flexible schedule during their work weeks and is ready to work at their own pace without micromanagement. Responsibilities:
PT will be a lead therapist in 2 site locations. Both are ALF facilities. Schedule can be alternating each facility 2-3x a week or as convenient. Provide outpatient based physical therapy services to residents in assisted living and memory care units. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory and facility standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including an on-site Occupational Therapist Support mobility, function, and overall quality of life for a geriatric population
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (required) Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable working with elderly and geriatric populations Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care

Develop and execute individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedics. Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care. Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on mobility enhancement, pain reduction, and functional recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies to foster long-term wellness.
Pay:
$43.00 - $46.00 per hour
