Our flagship program, LifeWorks Rehab, combines advanced therapeutic techniques with personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, helping them to recover from injury, surgery, or manage chronic conditions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
