Compensation:

$77,000 - $95,000 (experience and market dependent) with $5,000 sign on bonus Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitations goals Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, using evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and timely documentation within EMR systems Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation best practices Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity Contribute to a postive, team-oriented clinic environment Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new graduates welcome) Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and motivate patients of all ages Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation software Commitment to continued professional growth and learning Why Join Us?
