Job Description:
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients with physical impairments, injuries, or functional limitations. This role involves developing personalized care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' strength, mobility, balance, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Ensure adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards
Requirements :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current, active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina Successful completion of the NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination) Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
