We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients' functional goals Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomes Deliver and document all aspects of quality physical therapy care Supervise and ensure appropriate use of supportive personnel Serve as a lead resource and point of contact for other staff therapists regarding scheduling, daily administrative needs, and communication
Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
