Job Description

Total Balance Physical Therapy & Fitness is not a typical outpatient clinic—we are a performance-driven, therapist-owned organization built around impact, growth, and leadership.   • You represent Total Balance and the profession exceptionally, both inside and outside the clinic Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions Apply strong clinical reasoning to manage straightforward and complex cases Build individualized, outcome-driven plans of care Educate and empower patients toward long-term health and performance Contribute to a culture of accountability, growth, and team success
Experience Preferred:
2+ years in an orthopedic setting with broad clinical exposure New graduates: Encouraged to apply if you demonstrate initiative, discipline, and a strong growth mindset Qualifications Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team Proven or demonstrated commitment to growth, learning, and leadership What We Provide A structured mentorship and development system A team environment built on accountability and support A dynamic clinical setting with diverse challenges and growth opportunities Competitive compensation aligned with performance and growth
