Qualifications:
Current license to practice Physical Therapy (PT) Experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about patient care Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare environment
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments for a varied patient population Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and fellow therapists for integrated care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely records
