Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in an inpatient hospital environment Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Assess, plan, and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home care strategies Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices within the therapy department
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new practices, technology, and team dynamics Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care in rural communities
Schedule/Hours:
