Job Summary:

Physical Therapist (PT) Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our progress-driven, team-oriented, and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality care Educate residents and families on therapy and recovery goals Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapist licensure Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
