Traveling Physical Therapist InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time Traveling Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a therapist who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to rural communities. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner. Educate patients and families on safety, home programs, and strategies for long-term wellness. Adapt smoothly to new work environments, teams, and patient populations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, effective care. Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Current PT license (or eligibility) in Nebraska and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Strong adaptability and comfort working in diverse clinical environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Interest in rural healthcare and supporting rehabilitation teams across multiple communities.
