Job Title:
Travel Physical Therapist Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care across diverse settings. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life for patients of all ages. Weekly Gross Pay:
$2,774.00
Weekly Taxable Pay:
$1,360.00

Physical Therapist:
  • Must have NE License or Compact license.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Must hold AHA BLS.

Physical Therapist:
Shift:
10-hour Days Shift details: 7am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm 40 hours/week. (4
  • 10) 13-week assignment Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop personalized care plans aligned with medical goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs tailored to patient needs. Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transition between inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community care services. Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions using electronic medical record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide specialized care in areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and post-surgical rehabilitation within hospital or outpatient clinic settings. Support the development of care plans that incorporate physiologic knowledge of anatomy and physiology to facilitate recovery. Requirements Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques. Experience with discharge planning processes and managing care across various healthcare settings. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management. Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and trigger point therapy is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
