We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our high-performing team on a PRN basis. The Opportunity In this role, you will enjoy a flexible, as-needed schedule with varying weekday and weekend hours. You will serve as a clinical expert, performing comprehensive evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans designed to restore function and prevent decline in our post-surgical population.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:
Assess and interpret test results to establish medically prescribed therapy plans in consultation with our elite physician team.Patient Advocacy:
Help patients achieve independence by securing necessary adaptive equipment and providing hands-on, high-quality therapy.Continuum of Care:
Drive the recovery process through purposeful patient rounding, progress evaluation, and collaborative discharge planning with nursing and social work teams.Professional Oversight:
Direct treatments provided by aides and assistants while ensuring all care meets Nebraska state and federal standards.Education:
Lead pre-operative joint classes to empower patients before their procedures.Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Licensure:
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska .Certification:
