Job Description

NEURO PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Join our Neuro Service Line team and make a meaningful impact every day. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of the Neuro Service Line or designee, this role provides comprehensive care to patients with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical experience, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team-based setting where collaboration and innovation are valued. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required. Experience Previous outpatient experience strongly preferred. Licensure and Certification Current Massachusetts license to practice physical therapy required. BLS certification required within four months of hire. Skills and Abilities Strong clinical expertise appropriate for the patient population served. Ability to think critically and exercise sound clinical judgment. Professional, courteous communication skills in person and over the phone. Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent needs. Commitment to service excellence and patient satisfaction. Strong computer skills and ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
