Work Life Balance:

A Capacity Bonus Pay Structure:

after one year of employment, you will be eligible for our capacity program•this allows the business to share the revenue you generate beyond what is expected; as your caseload increases, so does your compensation. PT Responsibilities:

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educating patients on exercises and techniques for self-management of conditions Developing and implementing individualized therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Monitored patient progress through periodic evaluations to measure improvement or decline in functional level and modifying treatment plan accordingly.

Licensure/Certification:
