Ref #: C-PT- Join a 15-week contract travel opportunity in Franklin, NH, starting ASAP. This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule, 08:00 AM-04:30 PM.

$1,967/35 hrs.Requirements:
Active, valid Physical Therapy state license CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED)Overview:
Provide patient-centered physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to restore function, reduce pain, and promote safe, independent mobility.Key responsibilities:
Perform thorough assessments, review medical histories, and coordinate with healthcare colleagues to define patient needs and goals Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable rehabilitation goals Deliver therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination Use manual techniques (joint mobilization, soft-tissue work, manual stretching) to enhance mobility and relieve pain Apply modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) appropriately to support healing and symptom management Instruct and train patients on assistive device use (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs) to enhance safety and independence Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, ergonomics, and injury prevention Develop and adjust pain management strategies integrating exercises, modalities, and manual therapy Support postoperative, post-injury, and illness recovery to maximize functional outcomes and quality of life Document assessments, treatments, progress notes, and any changes in condition accurately and timely Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care Deliver individualized home exercise programs and adapt plans based on patient response Uphold legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards; obtain informed consent and demonstrate cultural sensitivity Perform other duties as assigned by management This position emphasizes clinical excellence, clear documentation, and collaborative care to achieve measurable patient outcomes.Similar jobs in Franklin, NH
