Cottage Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist who values thoughtful, individualized care and a more sustainable approach to practice. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and vestibular conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referral and clinical judgment
  • Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, Graston technique, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and biofeedback
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with PTAs and support clinical education for students
  • Educate patients and families to promote long-term function and independence
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach This role is best suited for therapists who prioritize quality over quantity, value autonomy within a supportive team, and want to build meaningful relationships with their patients.
