Current and valid Physical Therapy license for New Hampshire (must be in hand prior to submission) Proven experience providing physical therapy in an acute hospital environment Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilitiesResponsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for diverse hospital patients Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery goals Maintain accurate, compliant documentationBenefits & Travel Perks:
