Job Description

PT For Out of Network Office DeFabio Spine and Sports Rehab Berkeley Heights, New Jersey Are you a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multidisciplinary practice? DeFabio Spine and Sports Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our team, which includes acupunturists, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. If you are committed to providing exceptional patient out of network care and thrive in a collaborative, patient centered environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and progress reports to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the practice through participation in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based physical therapy techniques, modalities, and treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate patient documentation and records management.
