Physical Therapist - Outpatient We are seeking a full-time Staff Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our Bridgewater, NJ location. Salary:

$93,600 - $114,400 based upon experience + $2.75/hr shift differential for 3p-7:30p

Schedule:

Monday-Friday only - no weekends! Prefer 5-day schedule, but open to 4-day weeks for the right candidate. Must be available 2 early mornings and 2 evenings per week (evenings go until 7:30 PM).

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one, full-session care — no PT aides. Treat a mix of 80% ortho / 20% neuro cases. Work with a diverse caseload including adults, sports injuries, and some pediatrics (ages 4+). Conduct 2 patients per hour, with 1-hour initial evaluations. Collaborate closely with team members across our 7-8 clinic locations, all operating as one unified department. Participate in departmental Google chats focused on mentorship, clinical support, and best practices. Access continuing education and certification opportunities , including company-paid pelvic floor training (Herman & Wallace-hosted courses on-site).

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey. 1+ years of outpatient ortho experience strongly preferred for this location (new grads considered at other sites). Interest or experience in pelvic health, dry needling, or sports rehab is a plus. A team-oriented clinician who values mentorship, learning, and patient connection. Why Therapy Services?
